Andrea is an amazing host. She sent texts and emails to respond to questions we had before arrival immediately and then was on hand to greet us on arrival, along with her terrific staff. The place is clean, well-furnished, and Andrea gifted us beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks, along with some snacks. Her staff (a caretaker and housekeeper) was responsive and helpful throughout our stay - including on the property and pointing out places to eat, shop, etc. We were super comfortable. We do suggest bringing a good supply of insect repellent for early AM hours and dusk.

I highly recommend Andrea for the service and great hospitality. She is an excellent communicator, addressing your immediate needs, and providing the support to make your stay memorable.<br/>And, the home is in a gated community, providing a bit more security; and nestled in the perfect location to get to Negril Square or the West End.<br/>

Great property, great host, highly recommended

I rented this property for my partner, 4 year old son and mother for a family holiday in Jamaica.<br/>The property was beautifully furnished, it felt like a home away from home. Fantastic views of the sunsets & sunrises from the balconies too. Andrea was very responsible naive to my queries and even left us a welcome present when we arrived.<br/>The little Bay Country club is very secure, and there is a private swimming pool and beach available for use.<br/>There was a daily cleaner who was so lovely, we welcomed her to eat with us too. She was so helpful, and cooked us amazing food at our request.<br/>There is also a recommended driver who took us to YS Falls (suitable for children to climb) and the Black River - it was such a fantastic excursion. The driver - called Shantel - even dropped off some fresh Aloe Vera stems from his partner’s garden one day as he was passing - it was so expensive to buy at the beach, so really thoughtful of him.<br/>We loved the property and are planning our next trip back ASAP.<br/>My only advise would be to consider renting a car. We spent quite a bit on transport too and from the main Negril beach and other parts of the island.

Such a lovely place. Waking up overlooking the ocean is just incredible. The outside dining areas were fabulous and the place is spotless. Our family was extremely comfortable and had the best time here. The pictures are spot. Hope to stay here again!

The house was amazing. Andrea was great to work with and very responsive. She had someone on site to meet us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and knew how to work everything. <br/>Upon arrival Andrea provided drinks and snacks and had recommendations for restaurants and things to do. <br/>My family and I would stay with Andrea again.

We absolutely loved this place! Is was gorgeous and the view was amazing!!! The decor was impeccable and so modern. We didn’t even want to leave the house because it was so beautiful. The location is perfect and the caretakers were so kind and hospitable. We can’t wait for our next visit!

First off, Andrea is kind, responsive, helpful, and an all-around amazing host! Having her as our host for our stay in Jamaica gave us peace of mind.<br/>Second, the house, property, and Little Bay Country Club generally are all amazing spots! The house is located directly on the cliffs, looking out on the water, so there are AMAZING views. We watched a sunset at Rick’s Cafe, but honestly the sunsets seen directly from the house are better! The home is modern and clean, and there was not one thing we wish we had that Andrea did not have or provide. Her staff that we encountered during our stay were all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool/beach area is just a very short walk from The Seagull, so we spent a lot of time there as well. We cannot recommend this place enough and hope we will be able to return soon!

the villa is excellent and modern view is amazing, the environment is totally chill, Andrea was on top of everything and the helpers she had taking care of us at the villa were great, we were greeted with local fruits, bottled water red stripe and a bottle of rum, the country club felt very safe it has its own vibe, the tiki hut on the cliff will be one of your favorite spots, there are no hassles everyone is attentive but not in your way at all. the private beach and pool are very cool too lots of tropical fish, coming and going was very easy it's in a great location close to everything but not in the high traffic area you will feel like you are in your own world, thanks for everything Andrea I will be back!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Andrea's kind and helpful staff who prepared a wonderful meal and had Snacks ,food and drink for us. We spoke with other renters at the club and no one else received anything on their arrival.(Putting the Seagull above all others). The seagull is a beautiful,very clean, home with well stocked kitchen utensils and views from the back porch , balcony , kitchen and gazebo of the sea that can't be described with words. Private beach, with snorkeling like you are in an exotic fish tank. Priceless. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more ,Thanks to Andrea and her wonderful staff.Their recommended restaurants were spot on. No disappointments. We'll be back.

Beautiful home with a scenic view. I could view the sunset from the main bedroom and bathroom. My host was very helpful. I had red stripe beer and a bottle of Appleton waiting on me as well as a local cell phone with minutes at my disposal. They waited patiently on my family and I as we were schedule to arrive earlier. Hospitality was an A+. This location is centrally locates yet secluded and perfectly secured area. It’s a beautiful location. My family and I enjoyed our time. Thanks for having us.

This is a picturesque piece of heaven that has scenic views, accessibility of local treasures and culture complimented by the private seclusion of a pristine Caribbean beach. Snorkeling can be done around the house that can occupy ones time for hours. After you can take a stroll through a lovely neighborhood to a private infinity pool and sandy beach with shady spots created by draping palms. Andrea is a gracious and responsive host who provides a staff that addresses any need you may have from groceries to a private chef. This rental gives you the ability to venture out into the historically rich town of Negril, experience the pristine sands of Seven Mile Beach, and in the evening enjoy the music rich nightlife. The grounds surrounding the house are gated and there are regular security patrols, the staff of the country club is courteous and engaging which provides an ease for the whole family to enjoy. The private patio hangs over crystal clear Caribbean waters which leads to post card worthy sunsets. We will absolutely be returning to this beautiful location.

This is one of the greatest places to stay in Negril if you are looking for an experience away from resorts. Andrea was very helpful and responded quickly. If I ever come back to Negril, I will only stay at this condo provided by Andrea. Thank you

The photographs doesn’t do justice to the accommodation and property. It really offers a high end Jamaican lifestyle. <br/>Please don’t be put off with the write up of biting insects and dangerous taxis, in my view a worst case scenario has been written. <br/>The kitchen has the equipment needed to comfortably prepare meals and Sherin is on hand to help with EVERYTHING. <br/>You might consider renting a car to get you to the supermarket, but in all fairness Andrea has drivers that can take you there. There are also twice weekly deliveries of fresh produce which can be ordered and delivered right to the front door. <br/>Lovely accommodation. Safe. Extremely clean. Spectacle views. Welcome pack. Offered my family everything we needed to unwind and relax.

Our stay at the Seagull was wonderful. The place was clean and the scenery and landscape was beautiful especially the view of the ocean from the backyard. We enjoyed the private beach and pool, which is about a 5-minute walk from the house. The host provides beach towels, which is nice! There is no better way to vacation in Jamaica than through an Airbnb, the community is very safe with 24hr/7day security. The property is close to 7 mile beach and town and many local restaurants near by. Thank you Andrea for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Amazing property with ocean front views from multiple rooms. We came late and was greeted by the great staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see snacks, water and beer and the home was well stocked. Especially the kitchen. The property was obviously put together by a professional host that cares about there guest and wants you to have a comfortable stay. The community was amazing with a private beach, exclusive for community use. We will be back again to stay at this amazing home, with an exceptional host.

The home was way above what we expected, very clean with all the amenities of home. Both indoor and outdoor space was spectacular and the views were stunning. Andreas staff go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel at home. Can't wait to visit again.

Not my first bout with the Country Club but my first at Andrea's place. It has the vibes of a home. Simple and luxurious at the same time. The view is stunning, location is perfect and the price is reasonable. Sherine and Dane are lovely human beings. Can't wait to return.

This is an absolutely beautiful two story condo with a stunning view of the sea. There is a beautiful backyard space that leads out to a gazebo on the cliffs right above the water where you can watch sunset. The swimming beach and pool in the complex is about a 3 minute walk at most. There is wonderful snorkeling right from that beach so be sure to bring your snorkel gear! Negril is filled with huge, "all inclusive" resorts and staying in this condo for us was SO much better than something generic like that. Check in and check out were super smooth. And there were so many little treats waiting for us when we arrived, from snacks to water to sunscreen and mosquito repellent. So thoughtful! The only downside was that phase 2 of the development just started being constructed. So, starting the second day we were there there was heavy construction noise from the lot directly next door. They were jackhammering away the rockcliff all day basically every day we were there except Sunday (which I would imagine would be the loudest and most disruptive part, so maybe in the future it wouldn't be an issue much at all). I don't know how long that will last. Of course there is no way the owners could have known the demo would start so it's no fault of theirs. It was definitely loud but the place is so beautiful that we just put in headphones and still enjoyed being out in the gazebo overlooking the water. Or, we just went to the beach area at the other end of the complex and it was quiet there. But if you are someone who really wants total peace and quiet, maybe check to see the status of the construction next door. Other than that, it was perfect!

We highly recommend Andrea's place. It is a true home away from home and we are certain it will exceed your expectations. We woke up to a breathtaking view every morning, the space is super clean, the rooms comfortable and spacious and having a washer and dryer in the unit was huge perk (resorts charge for this). Dane & Ms. Sherene were very helpful and accommodating as well. We didn't want to leave and are already talking about returning! Thank you so much. This home is 5 star quality - one of the best in Negril!

We just returned a few days ago from a week at Andrea's townhouse, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had only ever done all inclusive in the Caribbean, but this experience has made us want to do this type of trip again. <br/>There were 2 couples, and it was the perfect size for us. The unit itself is well laid out and very comfortable. We cooked or BBQd the majority of our meals, only going into Negril 3 times. Dane, the caretaker and Shareen, the housekeeper greeted us when we checked in, and anything we needed, they looked after ASAP. Shareen was there daily to clean and make the beds etc. except for Saturdays - always with a smile on her face.<br/>We couldn't get enough of sitting out in the backyard gazebo overlooking the ocean, and watching the amazing sunsets. Truly spectacular. <br/>The beach is clean, with beautiful clear water, and quite "cute" as in smallish....it's not a beach you can walk for miles on by any means. My husband snorkelled and saw all kind of fish--he took an underwater disposable camera, and we'll see how the photos turn out. The beach was very quiet most of the time we were there. The beach area could use some new lounge chairs, they are sagging quite a bit and a bit hard on the back. Infinity pool is nice too.<br/>The complex is safe, with security regularly patrolling the grounds. We used Clive's Transportation Service to and from Mo Bay airport, and they were amazing. We ate at Lily's at Skylark for lunch, great meal right on 7 Mile Beach, as well as Pushcart at the Rockhouse Hotel. Amazing view of the sunset and great food and service. Be sure to check if where you want to eat has pick-up service...Rockhouse did; they picked us up, and then used the same driver to come back to the complex and paid him. <br/>All in all, I would highly recommend Andrea's place if you are looking for a laid back, quiet, relaxing vacation.

Great location- perfect for our 2 teens. Off the beaten path but easy access to Bloody Bay, Seven mile and the Westend - perfect alternative to resort vacation- grill is a nice touch- we used it one night as we watched a perfect sunset-

Lovely property brilliant location if you like walking but completely other end of 7 mile beach strip so car or some mode of transport is necessary walking to 7 mile shopping etc not a option unless use local taxi which is 10 jmd each way for a tourist couple

Andreas place was great, it felt better than home and I did not want to leave. Andrea provided us with everything we needed and even left beautiful flowers with a birthday note. The view of the ocean was beautiful.

Great property, top class amenities, great hosts and premium communication

Our family stayed over the holidays and had a wonderful time. Quiet and beautiful place! Sunsets were amazing from the gazebo.

Our family of four had a wonderful time here. The villa has lots of modern conveniences: A/C, hot showers with good water pressure, everything you need in the kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. But, the highlight is the cliffside view. Coffee cliffside in the mornings and cocktails cliffside for sunset. Plus, a spectacular view from the master bedroom. The communal beach area is pretty and has a nice reef for easy snorkeling with a really big pool and pool house with restrooms. We went for lunch and a day on the nearby Half Moon Beach for a change of scenery. We also drove down to nearby Negril for dinner. Close enough to Negril for checking out the nightlife, but far enough away for privacy and a family friendly environment.

Seagull at Little Bay Country Club was more than expected. Incredibly clean. Beautiful views. Stunning sunsets. We were fortunate enough to stay for an entire month and everything we needed was there at the house. Sharine, the housekeeper keeps everything in pristine condition! I would highly recommend this property!

This is by far the best place I have stayed in Jamaica. Andrea was the nicest and most accommodating person I've done business with dealing with airbnb. The place was better than the pictures and description. It's so peaceful and felt like home. I highly recommend and I will be back soon.

This place is one of the best Airbnb’s I have experienced. I could go into details but I recommend you experience this place yourself. The cabana on the ocean made a beautiful spot to watch the sunset all week. The BBQ was also a nice perk that we utilized. Washer & dryer are great for long term stays on the island. The seagull is also good for families because of the extra onsite amenities. The beach is nice and the pool is beautiful! Special thanks to Dane!

Andrea home and view of the ocean was breath taking. I loved the fact that she had two and half bathrooms. Andrea home was very clean and I loved the fact that she brought my daughter a cake for her birthday with her name on it.

Highly recommend this place! It is very spacious and the hosts were amazing - very attentive, helpful at all times, and caring. We greatly enjoyed our time at this lovely house. The back yard has a great setup and is relaxing to sit in during the day (they did warn about the mosquitos and sand flies so come with bug spray and you will be ok!). The amenities including internet, pool, market place, and private beach were spectacular. In addition, the 24/7 security was great, especially during COVID. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is a dream. Even more beautiful than in the photos. It is incredibly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. The owners make an incredible effort. In addition, we were allowed to hold our wedding in the garden, which was incredibly beautiful and will remain unforgettable.

The Seagull is such a beautiful house! Updated, modern furniture and appliances. Andrea was very easy to communicate with at all times. The view from this home is spectacular from the master bedroom balcony, the deck area or the bonus gazebo area right at the cliffs edge. I will suggest that you bring bug spray because the sandflies are crazy!!! You will definitely enjoy your stay at this wonderful home.

Andrea’s place is amazing…actually, the entire experience was amazing. The hosts made everything seamless and easy. The Sea Gull is exactly as pictured, with the exception of the views, which are better then pictured. Perfect location to take in the beautiful Negril sunsets.

I appreciated Andreas timely responses. The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool . I am really happy with the wifi service working and not giving us trouble. I was delighted to see all of the cooking utensil accommodations that was at our disposal and the AC was working which made us very happy. We were pleased with the patrolling of the security staff, we felt very safe. Marcel was pleasant and kept the place nicely tidy. I am happy to look forward to come again in the near future!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve experienced. Andrea has everything that you need to cook with so just bring the groceries. The place is very clean thanks to Sherren, she is the sweetest. The security are so professional and they do their job by requiring to see the ids of each passenger that made me feel safe . I absolutely love the view, it is astonishing! This is such a relaxed property, there’s a nice size pool on the premises. I love this place and will be visiting again and again. By the way this is my second time and I highly recommend everyone to experience it.

What a gorgeous spot! The views are incredible and the house is well-equipped and clean with many thoughtful touches and good security. Also very easy communication with the host.<br/>It is worth noting that the private beach and pool are just a few minutes walk away but if you want to go to Negril beach itself or bars, restaurants etc. you would definitely need a car / transportation.<br/>A really lovely spot for either a couple or family. My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying this exquisite airbnb for our anniversary. Definitely one of the best airbnb we've experienced thus far. The view is unmatched! Big shout out to Marcel for being so helpful and Marlon was a great driver for getting around town. Can't wait to visit again!

The house is beautiful, the cliffs, the views, just perfect. Loved it. One thing that I would mention though, there was no shampoo, conditioner and dish detergent in the house. Bring everything you need, including salt and pepper.

The views at the Sea Gull are stunning. Morning coffee and evening cocktails watching the sunset in the gazebo were our favorite part of our stay. The home is exactly as pictured and kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Andrea and Marcel were very responsive. The ice maker was not working and within minutes Marcel had ice delivered to our door.<br/>Over all, a wonderful and totally relaxing stay.

The SeaGull is an amazing place to relax & rejuvenate. It's a great place for solo travelers, couples & small families. It's nearby local & tourist attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Andrea's Seagull house was amazing. The house is more than advertised and had the perfect view of the ocean that we could wake up to each day and watch the sunset from the seating area on the cliffs. Everything was impeccable - very clean & all the essentials that we needed. Plenty of towels, snacks to start us off with, great TV's with great selection of channels, and good wi-fi to stay connected. This was an amazing stay and we look forward to coming back. Mr. Marcel & Miss Sherine were very welcoming and accommodating. Marcel was always quick to respond to any questions, and Miss Sherine had the house spotless upon our arrival and I had a great conversation with her upon departure. I can't wait to see them again.

Highly recommend!

Hard Bed, no water or hot water for hours, but awesome views.<br/>The condo was clean. The main issue I had is that the mattress was very hard. Although I booked it for 6 nights, I only spent 3 restless nights there.<br/>The other issue I had is returning from a day of activities only to turn on the shower and had no water. I contacted Marcel and was told that Negril was doing pipe repairs and the reason for us having no water is because the water tank on top of the house was being used all day. That’s impossible since we left early in the morning and was gone all day. After waiting about 4 hours for the water to return, it returned with no hot water. We took a cold shower Wednesday night and Thursday morning, the day of my 50th birthday. <br/>Being that it was my 50th birthday on Thursday, and we awoke to still no hot water, I ended up spend $1200 to book a hotel for 3 nights because nothing was going to ruin my special day.<br/>On the positive side, the views from the master bedroom and from the gazebo are awesome! They give you a sense of calm. The private beach and pool are also convenient.

We stayed at seagull with my 5 month old daughter and 3 nieces. The stay was perfect. We had everything we needed.

This is my second stay at SeaGull. If I could stay here each time I traveled to Jamaica, I would. It’s a home away from home with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. This place is stunning! The views!! It was even better than the pictures show. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. We brought tennis rackets and utilized the pool and private beach onsite, and adventured to 7 mile beach and Westmoreland. The expense of taxis adds as you can’t walk anywhere but we found the serene location and reliable taxis to make it well worth it. All of the people recommendations (for airport transfer, taxi around Negril, and chef) made by Andrea were amazing. Snorkeling with our own gear near the private beach had more fish species than the snorkeling tour we paid for. All around amazing. We hope to be back.

Andrea’s home was amazing! The views are great and the location is very convenient. It’s about a 10 minute ride down to some of popular beaches/places like Margaritaville. The communication back and forth was always quick and nothing was left unanswered. I would definitely stay here again!

The Seagull exceeded our expectations and Andrea was quick to respond to any questions and we were surprised to find that during an area wide power outage we we supplied with rechargeable lights and fans to ensure our safe and comfortable stay. SeaGull is GREAT. We had an awesome ten-night experience. This Airbnb stay immediately followed our five-night stay at this Super Host other Airbnb property located in MoBay. You cannot go wrong with choosing one versus the other but take my advice and experience BOTH during your stay in Jamaica. We enjoyed all of the amenities that Little Bay Country Club had to offer. The pool and beach were great! The house is just as pictured, very comfortable, clean and safe. Did I mention "The View?" The Super Host (for a very reasonable extra fee) put us in touch with an awesome chef named Gillian that personally shopped for us and returned to prepare delicious authentic meals complete with table setting and clean up right before our very eyes. We did not have to lift a finger. When we needed van service, Balvin was a true professional and always arrived on time with door open awaiting our presence. Sherine the housekeeper comes three times a week without extra charge... what a perk to have that will enhance your experience. Communication with the Super Host was very relaxed, timely and informative.

This was our 17th trip to Negril and but first in an Airbnb there. Going forward this is the only way to do it. Andrea’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets were breathtaking. Gillian our cook was wonderful. <br/>The beach and pool are only a 4 minute walk from the house and when you’re at home you always have the beautiful view of the sea. <br/>I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves and what a wonderful host Andrea was. Beautiful house with amazing water views. Beautiful community that is nice and quiet and private. Huge pool. Secluded beach with the reef right off the shore for snorkeling. The house is beautiful inside and very comfortable with everthing we needed. We can't wait to visit again!!

Andrea’s place was amazingggg! Very clean & spacious, amazing views from the bedroom & terrace, very peaceful, lovely beach & pool nearby in the resort too with great snorkelling & it was much less crowded than the Seven Mile Beach & more private which we liked. Andrea was very responsive& helpful. Overall, would highly recommend. <br/>Only thing to note (which is no fault of the host) is that there are no restaurants within walking distance (Bloody Bay only has all inclusive hotels & a few beach bars) so you have to get taxis everywhere but that was no problem for us. Also the mini shop on site had very limited food & only open weekdays but again not a problem for us. Overall, we had an amazing time.

This Airbnb was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. The host and greeter were both very responsive. There was an issue with one of the window treatments, but it was addressed the following day. This unit backed to the cliffs and ocean. It was breathtaking and peaceful. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Andrea’s. Her staff are amazing and were so helpful with everything. Andrea is on top of everything and it was such a relaxed environment that I truly enjoyed this trip. I’ve been to Jamaica many times - this complex even, but this was my best stay to date. <br/>Thank you Andrea and your team for all you do! I will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed Andrea‘s place and the nice beach access , snorkeling 🤿 etc andand pool and lovely view from the back porch and ability to eat in and barbecue and just relax!

The home was lovely as well as the private beach. We were very comfortable and felt secure at this location. The views of the ocean and sunset are remarkable from the back patio. Make sure you bring you bug spray for the sand gnats in the evening time, but other than that we truly enjoyed our stay

Such a pleasure to be a guest of the seagull at little bay. Andreas place is Most beautiful, the surrounding beach and pool are breathe taking. I love her place. Ms. Sherian was also there upon arrival. She assisted with my guest list. I would visit this place over and over. It feels like a second home. Thank you, Andrea. For allowing me to have a wonderful experience away from home.

SeaGull was GREAT once again as this was our second time staying here. Please see my September 2022 review. We had an awesome five-night experience immediately following our five-night stay at this Super Host other Airbnb property located in MoBay. Take my advice and experience BOTH during your stay in Jamaica. It will be tremendously difficult for us to stay somewhere else simply because this place is so beautiful and the Super Host Andrea is so sweet. The pool and beach were great once again! The house is just as pictured, very comfortable, clean and safe. The View from the balcony and from the gazebo is amazing. We once again employed Chef Jillian. She remembered us from 2022 and really showed off her culinary skillset once again. We had zero need to visit any local restaurants. We did not have to lift a finger once again. Andrea the Super Host employs Sherine the housekeeper and she came once during our stay without extra charge. We enjoyed fresh linens to close out our trip.

The house is exactly as described and well maintained with an extra clean during our stay. Ms Sherine was super helpful too. There is only one key so don’t forget to liaise with Sherine re: her gaining entry to the property and for check in. A beautiful property, lovely private beach (with reef sharks!) and fab pool.

This was our second stay at Andrea’s residence. The place is immaculate and very peaceful. Ms Sherine met us and showed us the various features and also met us on checkout. She keeps the residence spotless! The backyard view of the ocean is amazing. I encourage anyone who is interested in staying in Negril to consider this residence!

Great place for the price. If you enjoy privacy this place is for you. Kitchen has all you can think of and more. It is far from town which will either be a blessing or a curse depending on what you plan to do. Taxis add up. Frequent Jamaica every few months and the one thing that I was surprised about was the mosquitos here. They warn you in the listing, but I was shocked at how bad they were. The outdoor area was basically unusable due to that. It was a rainy week so that could have added to it. Overall great place and stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place. Everything was seamless from the moment we booked through arrival. The unit met all our expectations; we felt as if we were home. The community is safe and beautiful, unit is well appointed and the backyard - which we didn’t use as much - is fantastic. Everything looked like the picture. Also, Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and Sherine and the other lady - sorry, I forgot her name - were very welcoming. I could go on and on but I’ll conclude by saying if you want to stay somewhere safe, relaxing and clean, this is the place. We look forward to making Andrea’s place our go to spot whenever we travel to Negril.

By far our favourite place ever booked. The community is so beautiful and quiet. Andreas place was very clean and spacious, very peaceful and relaxing, especially the gazebo overlooking the water. Private pool and private beach was so nice. Sherine was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay and experience, we’ll definitely be back and we’ll definitely be recommending to our family and friends.

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. The property was comfortable and had most of the essentials for a family beach holiday. It’s in a great location — quiet but close enough to the Negril strip. We’d seen reviews about insects and low water pressure, but we didn’t experience any issues. The private beach, pool, and views (wow, that view!) really made the stay. You’ll definitely need a car to get around, but with one, everything is within easy reach in Negril. Overall, a great base for a relaxed and enjoyable trip.

My Family and I have been here countless amount of times. Andrea is the Best, hands down. She is always on time with effort. I loved the location, it was so peaceful and relaxing.. The villa had everything that I needed. The location was great less than 5 minutes from the beach and supermarket. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at The SeaGull. The house is spacious, very private and beautifully maintained. The private beach and the pool are just a 5-minute walk away and were absolute highlights for us.<br/>Andrea and her team – Sherine and Ryan and his wife – were incredibly warm, generous and helpful throughout our stay. We felt genuinely welcome and well taken care of at all times.<br/>A small practical tip for future guests: bring sufficient insect repellent and something against itching (e.g. hydrocortisone 0.5–1%). We did encounter sandflies at the beach, which is quite common in the area.<br/>Overall, a fantastic place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely return and highly recommend The SeaGull to anyone looking for privacy, comfort and great hosts.

overall, I had an amazing time o . I already booked my next date with. Hopefully they'll get the cabana up as it really helps at the back when it's sunny outside.
