How onboarding works

Send your Airbnb URLs
One short email. We import your existing photos, descriptions, reviews, and amenities automatically — no copy-pasting.

Approve your branded site
Within 24 hours your villa is live on a branded direct-booking site (your own domain if you have one, or yourvilla.zemistay.com). You approve before publish.

Take direct bookings
Guests pay via Stripe. We collect, take a 5–8% commission, and remit the balance to your bank monthly. Wise transfers for Jamaican bank accounts.

Hosts 6+. Still less than half of Airbnb's effective rate.

Stripe processing fees come off the top before commission. Cleaning fees pass through 100% to you (or your local team). We never charge a listing fee, subscription, or onboarding fee.
