Jamaica’s 15% GCT still applies where required from April 2027; lower distribution costs help dampen its effect on host earnings rather than making the tax disappear.

    Send your Airbnb URLs

    One short email. We import your existing photos, descriptions, reviews, and amenities automatically — no copy-pasting.

    Approve your host page

    We build a draft at zemistay.com/hosts/yourname with your story, photos, and attributed review history. You review and approve it before publication.

    Take direct bookings

    Guests pay via Stripe. We collect, take a 5–8% commission, and remit the balance to your bank monthly. Wise transfers for Jamaican bank accounts.

Commission is calculated on discounted nightly charges. Cleaning fees and taxes are excluded; card-processing costs are shown separately. We never charge a listing fee, subscription, or onboarding fee.
